iWorld | Jan 8th, 2011 - The airVelope is the design & creation of iWorld as a modern interpretation of the standard interoffice envelope that the original MacBook Air debuted in back in 2008. More than just a couple of nip and tuck, we have completely reinvented the design and color as well. The airVelope comes in pristine white leather, reminiscing the good ol’ office envelopes that has become such a norm in this modern society of ours.

The world’s slimmest notebook has found its perfect match.
First, we went to the drawing board and work on a design of our own. Next, we took dimensions of the 2010 model of the 11 inch MacBook Air and gave it a snug fit. Then, we let creativity flow and added a hint of typographical art – an ‘airVelope’ logo – emblazoned right across the front. Of course, we added a few exquisite touches of our own, all of which can be seen and felt. Finally, we created the beautiful PVC packaging with an equal amount of typography all-around it to complement the airVelope.

The end result is astounding, mind-blowing and a work of art. The airVelope is a classic combination of black on white. With a touch of red for elegance.
