Ok, we’ve posted this before. Previously, we provide you the steps of reviving an iPhone that has been dropped into the water. Or, specifically in my case, an iPhone 3GS into the toilet bowl (yeah, don’t ask why the toilet bowl).

It is also trite knowledge by now that telcos would not honour the warranty when the LSI (Liquid Submersion Indicator) present in the iPhone – at specifically two spots, the headphone jack as well as the dock connector – turns from silver to red. That was the brouhaha a SingTel customer had with the SingTel support personnel that eventually became a hot topic in sunny Singapore then.

Today, we chanced upon iFixYouri’s alternative fix for such a watery mess. If you don’t know already, you should immediately power off the iPhone and place it in a sealed bag of uncooked rice. Just take a look at the video above.
