Gameloft to release ‘Driver’ in December 2009
Gameloft, developer & publisher extraordinaire, has just posted a cinematic trailer of their upcoming iPhone game titled ‘Driver’. The original Driver was released back in the year 1999. In this remake, the plot is as such:
Tanner, an NYPD detective gone undercover due to his impressive driving skills, must gain the confidence of the syndicate’s bosses by performing increasingly difficult missions such as stopping or following another car, driving through windows, delivering a stolen car or scaring a taxi customer.
Driver (by Gameloft) is due for official release on the Apple App Store by Dec ’09.
